The NEA has launched a new range of services that help universities embrace and empower neurodivergent entrepreneurial thinking amongst staff, students and external partners, and ensure that their work is as neuroinclusive as possible. Its new NeuroHE programme includes NEA Accreditation for courses, programmes and centres that have made positive changes to embrace neuroinclusivity in partnership with the Association. For more information, visit https://www.nea.global/services/universities

On her new consultancy role, Jo comments, 'I am truly excited to be joining the Neurodiversity & Entrepreneurship Association in this capacity. The potential for universities to become hubs of neuroinclusive entrepreneurial thinking is immense, and I’m eager to work alongside the NEA team to help shape a future where neurodivergent perspectives are not only embraced but celebrated, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and innovate'.

NEA Founder & CEO Rob Edwards adds, 'I am very excited to welcome Jo to the NEA. Her knowledge and expertise about the higher education sector will prove invaluable as we continue to develop our services to ensure universities are sufficiently meeting - and hopefully exceeding - the needs of at least a fifth of its staff and student population'.

The Neurodiversity & Entrepreneurship Association exists to bring together a wide range of conversations about two very broad areas - neurodiversity and entrepreneurship - and the exciting things that can happen when both these fields come together. Founded in April 2023, the NEA is a social enterprise that works with academics, business owners and policymakers to showcase, celebrate and nurture neurodivergent business.
